We are curious and want to learn. Otherwise we are like many others.
Life at Edument
"That I have the opportunity to work with different technologies, programming languages and industries. Which develops my skills together with good colleagues."
This is our everyday life.
Regardless of whether you work with an in-house project, sit on a team with a customer or work within our Techhub. Our aim is that together we create opportunities where we shape our everyday lives and the future of Edument.

Why Edument?
-
Here is an opportunity to develop and grow with the help of talented colleagues and a supportive environment. For me, it also means a lot to have close contact with both chefs and colleagues.

For five years I worked as a backend developer in Java, but I came to a point where I felt I needed to move to continue developing. I got in touch with Edument and during the interview I felt that it would suit me perfectly.

What does it mean to be an Edumentor?
For us, knowledge is important.
That is why we live by the motto "max 80% - minimum 20%". Over time, we spend a maximum of 80% of our time on customer projects. At least 20% should be used to develop you and Edument. This can be done through different types of education or projects that in the long run give us value. Of course, it is you who, together with your colleagues, influence how or what you want to develop!
We learn from each other.
When we take a break from everyday life, we like to do it through our Exploration Days where we meet and explore the future together. Or take turns hosting TechTalks to each other. The pandemic puts a stop to how we usually meet, but we also run TechTalk digitally.

Competence development
One of our business areas is education. This means that you have access to all our courses. Whenever you want! In addition, you have your own budget for external courses. -
You choose your equipment!
Some like Mac. Others like PC. Linux vs Windows? In ear or over ear? iPhone, Samsung or OnePlus? Of course you choose the equipment you want! -
Hygiene factors
Flexible working hours, wellness allowance, pension provisions, insurance... Of course we have all that "ordinary"!
